Admission Fees
Admission Fee is $6 per person WITH a Park I.D. Card OR
$7 per person without an Park ID Card.  (3 yrs & under free*)
*Health Dept. requires 3 & under to wear 'swimmer pull-ons
(bring your own or purchase here for $1.00)
 
Sr. Citizens (62 years+) $3
 
Ripley Park ID Cards are made at the Park Office $5 each . . . good for 5 years!
$60 pass-20 swims for families/groups, each person that uses this card must have a Park ID Card.
In the event of maximum crowds, patrons with Ripley Park ID Cards will be
given priority over non-card holders.
 
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult or someone 15 years old.
If the parent or guardian is not present, the 15 year old
may only bring in one person 12 and under and be responsible for that child.
 
PROPER SWIM ATTIRE REQUIRED!
Guys - Lined swim trunks with drawstrings
Girls - No see through or thong suits
NO CUT OFFS
 
Rules are strictly enforced for everyone's safety!

Directions to Ripley Park - Pool - Waterslide
 
Pool Location:  200 Mary Robert Drive, Ripley, TN 38063
Mailing Address: 110 Washington, Ripley, TN 38063  (city hall)
 
We are located at the Intersection of Hwy 51 and Kellar Lane.
 
From Memphis or Covington area:  Go north on Hwy 51.  You will see the Welcome to Ripley sign on your left and then you will enter a 35 mile an hour school zone at Ripley Elementary School.  Watch for the green Ripley Park signs at Keller Lane.  Turn right onto Keller Lane which takes you into the park.  You can't miss the WaterSlide!
(If you go to the Super 8 Motel on Hwy 51 you've gone too far.)
 
From Dyersburg area:  Go south on Hwy 51.  You will pass Walmart on your left and the Super 8 Motel on your right.  You will soon enter a 35 mile an hour school zone. Watch for Keller Lane and the green Ripley Park signs.  Turn left onto Keller Lane and that will take you into the park. You can't miss the WaterSlide!  (If you pass Ripley Elementary School you've gone too far.)
 
From Jackson, Brownsville area:  Take the Ripley Exit, Go west on Hwy 19 until it dead ends at Hwy 51.  Turn right on Hwy 51 and the first road to the right is Keller Lane.  That will take you into the park and you can't miss the WaterSlide.

American Red Cross Lifeguard Course 2008
 must be 15 years old by the 23rd of May in order to take this course
 
 Classes: May 12-22, 2008  3:30 until 5:30 each day.
This course teaches life saving techniques for the water, first aid and adult & child CPR.
Fee: $150 includes books and materials.
The swim test: May 14th at 3:30 and this is required for all participants of the class
 
CPR certification will be held on May 18, 2008 starting at 3:30  Fee $25
Lifeguard Re-certification* will be held on May 23, 2008 at 3:30 (*required every 3 years)  Fee $75
 
2009 Lifeguard Classes will be held in May - sign up at the park office or get on the list to be notified
We will also have Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification in May of 2009

PARK INFORMATION

Ripley Parks and Recreation, winner of the

    1997 Four Star Award has completed two phases of expansion of facilities and programs
 
The park office, centrally located in the new 50 acre park on 200 Mary Robert Drive, is
open 8:00 - 5:00 Monday through Friday.  Phone number 731.635.4645   Fax 731.635.7440,

The beautifully landscaped Ripley Park features four lighted multi-purpose
athletic fields, 400 parking spaces, lighted 1.10 walking/jogging trail,
sand volleyball, playground, tetherball, horseshoes, 4 state-of-the-art
tennis courts, one 35' x 65' pavilion with restrooms, electrical outlets,
grill and picnic tables, 6 smaller pavilions with grills and picnic
tables, Swimming Pool - WaterSlide with two kiddie slides.

Reservations through the park office are required for pavilions to ensure adequate
space needed for family and large group outings. Two large open areas are
available for festivals or large company picnics complete with electrical
outlets.

Youth programming includes Gymnastics, Soccer, Flag Football, Basketball League,
Summer Day Camps, Tennis and Cheerleading.
